Licensed Clinical Social Worker I Psychotherapist I Breathwork Facilitator
If you’re seeking meaningful change and a deeper sense of connection with yourself, with others, and with the life you want to create, I’m here to walk alongside you.I believe that meaningful healing becomes possible when we have the safety and support to understand the patterns that have shaped us, reconnect with our emotions and bodies, and recognize the strengths we already carry within. Together, we’ll build the awareness, confidence, and practical tools needed to create lasting change and move through life with greater connection, resilience, and empowerment.
Breathwork
Alongside psychotherapy, I offer Rebirthing a gentle, trauma-informed, body-based form of breathwork that works directly with the nervous system to support emotional healing.
As a psychotherapist, I began noticing that many clients reached a point where they understood their patterns intellectually, yet still felt emotionally stuck. They had gained insight through talking, but their bodies continued to carry stress, fear, grief, or trauma. This led me to train in Rebirthing and other forms of Breathwork after recognizing that, for many people, lasting healing requires more than understanding it also requires helping the body learn that it is safe.
What is Rebirthing?
Rebirthing is a guided, conscious breathing practice that uses a connected breathing pattern to gently access the body's natural capacity to heal. The breath helps bring awareness to emotions, physical tension, and nervous system patterns that may have been held in the body for years.
The goal is not simply emotional release. It is helping the nervous system gradually shift from patterns of protection and survival toward greater regulation, flexibility, and a genuine sense of safety. As the body begins to feel safer, emotions become easier to process, relationships often improve, and everyday life can feel less overwhelming.
Healing is a Process
While many people experience meaningful shifts after a session, lasting change happens through a process, not a single breathwork experience. Each session builds upon the last, allowing the nervous system to gradually develop new patterns of regulation, resilience, and integration.Breathwork can help cultivate:
* Greater emotional regulation
* Reduced stress and anxiety
* Release of long-held physical and emotional tension
* Increased resilience and inner calm
* A deeper connection to yourself and your bodyRebirthing Breathwork can be a powerful complement to talk therapy especially for those who feel they've gained insight but know that their bodies are still carrying the weight of past experiences.

Meet Leah
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My work is grounded in a strong belief in neuroplasticity, the brain and nervous system’s capacity to learn, adapt, and form new patterns throughout life. Understanding why you feel, think, or respond in certain ways can be an important part of therapy, but insight alone is not always enough. I place equal emphasis on helping you understand how to move forward: how to regulate emotions, respond differently, build healthier habits, make supportive lifestyle choices, and take active steps toward healing.Drawing on DBT, mindfulness techniques, and Somatic Experiencing (SE), I bring a specialty in trauma to our work together. To tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs and experiences, I also integrate attachment-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, rebirthing and other forms of breathwork, and lifestyle awareness.My focus is to help you move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and maximum empowerment so that you feel increasingly able to understand yourself, trust your own strengths, and shape a more connected, authentic, and fulfilling life.I would be honored to support you on that journey.
